Q. How do I store my MIX?
In the refrigerator with a tightly sealed cap! Each MIX is made fresh and needs to be stored in the fridge to maximize it’s shelf life. If you’re nearing the end of the shelf life, pop the bottle in the freezer and it will be good for months. *If you choose to freeze in the bottle: Please keep the bottle standing straight up to prevent leaking and leave enough space at the top for expansion.
Q. What is the shelf life of my MIX?
14+ days when kept in the refrigerator with a tightly sealed cap. Each MIX varies slightly because of the fresh ingredients.
Q. How many bottles should I order?
Each 32oz bottle makes 7-9 cocktails when MIXed with liquor (or club soda for a mocktail). If you’re ordering for a party, assume everyone will have 2 drinks and order accordingly.
Q. I’m ordering for a party with a specific date. Will I get my MIX in time?
If you are ordering for a party, we ask that you place your order as soon as possible and choose the correct targeted delivery date for your event. Since your package is being shipped by a third party, we can not promise your package will get there on your selected date. While we expect most packages to arrive on the targeted delivery date, MIX may arrive one day before or after that chosen date. If your event is Sunday through Wednesday, we recommend you order the prior week and store it in the fridge to ensure your package is received in time.
Q. Why do you have an order cutoff each week?
Each MIX is handcrafted and juiced per order. To ensure each order is batched and to offer you the most shelf life, we only make your MIX right before your package is shipped. We ship out every Monday so you can receive your delicious package just in time for the weekend!
Q. Are all MIX 100% nonalcoholic?
YES! Every bottle is nonalcoholic so you can tailor it to your tastebuds and mood. We make great mocktails and we’re kid friendly.
Q. I just ordered my MIX! When can I expect delivery?
Congrats on the MIX By Danielle coming your way! While you were placing your order, you chose a targeted delivery date. Each order is freshly made, handcrafted to your order specifications and shipped. Therefore your MIX By Danielle order should be getting to you on or around your targeted delivery date. Check your email for tracking info!
Q. Do I have to be home when my MIX gets delivered?
Each order is shipped out with special packaging to keep your drinks at the right temperature. Once you receive your package, we recommend you place the bottles into the refrigerator as soon as you can. * Please do not place an order with a delivery date when you will be out of town. We want everything to remain as fresh as possible and that is contingent upon you accepting the package and refrigerating it the day that it arrives.
Q. How does my MIX stay cold when you ship it?
Each order is shipped out with special packaging to keep your drinks at the right temperature. Once you receive your package, we recommend you place them in the refrigerator as soon as you can.
Q. Can I track my order?
YES! After you place an order you will receive an email with tracking information.
Q. My package is lost! What do I do?
Contact us immediately! If your package doesn’t arrive we will send you a replacement or offer you the ability to cancel for a refund.
Q. What is your cancelation policy?
Each bottle of MIX is made fresh per order. If you would like to cancel your order before production (generally 4 days before your chosen delivery date), we offer a full refund back via your original payment method. Once the order has been produced, we do not offer a refund. To request a refund please reply to your order confirmation email and someone from the MIX By Danielle team will help.
Q. How can I cancel my subscription?
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries based on your chosen subscription service. Future deliveries associated with your subscription can be cancelled at any time. A future delivery is a shipment that has not been billed or produced yet. To cancel, use the link to your order that appears on the original confirmation email that was sent to you when the subscription was purchased. Your subscription can be managed from there.
